o Long dust all high areas (check behind doors)

o Hand wipe fan blades and light fixtures

o Clean counters

o Wash cabinets, inside and out, and cabinet doors

o Wipe dust from tops of cabinet door hinges

o Wipe out drawers

o Clean stove-top

o Clean and polish oven hood; clean top,

o Wipe down tops, fronts, sides of appliances and remove stickers

o Clean and dry sink area

o Backsplash: wipe down and check with hand to make sure all dust was removed

o Dust and wipe down between appliances and walls

o Scrub and disinfect sink(s)

o Backsplash: wipe down; pay extra attention to the backsplash behind the stovetop

o Check that stainless steel is oiled, dry and streak free
